About

Being coached from the age of 8 in athletics I was educated and mentored in both sales and human development. I paid attention and now I know the why! I learned what effective coaching was, became a certified coach through the Maxwell Leadership Team program.

 

I want to share my expertise in both individual and group coaching sessions. My undergraduate in Psychology from Longwood College (now University), and master’s in biblical studies from Colorado Christian University are added ingredients to my coaching recipe for success.

 

I currently work full-time as a Sales & Marketing Director for a leading long-term care provider, where I am also blessed to serve and protect the aging population.

 

For over 15 years, I have volunteered services to the nonprofit, Dress for Success Denver. I have served as a coach, a speaker (Ambassador), a fundraiser, and as a member of their Board of Directors. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Mary Magdalene Refuge Center for Women, support and co-manage Hope of Mercy Ministries Uganda, support, serve at my church, and serve monthly in street ministry to encourage and support the un-housed, all while continuing to collaborate with others on ways to make the world a better place.
